By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
Placing an order on this website prepares a WhatsApp message that is sent to The Sweet Spot at +961 71 819 112. An order is considered confirmed only after our team replies to confirm availability, price, and delivery time.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice. The final price confirmed by our team on WhatsApp is the price you will pay. Delivery fees, when applicable, are added at checkout.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and Whish Money. Whish Money orders remain pending until we verify the transfer. Credit card payment is not currently available.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is available in supported areas around each Sweet Spot branch. Pickup is available at the branch you select. Estimated times are provided for guidance and may vary based on demand.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel an order any time before it is prepared by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once an order is being prepared it can no longer be cancelled. Refunds for Whish Money payments are processed at our discretion.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false order information. We reserve the right to refuse service.
